We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible!
Order Processing Time
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and carrier. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, holidays, carrier delays, etc.).
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page.
- Pre-orders are not shipped within 24 hours.
- The estimated ship date will be listed in the product description.
- If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
We recommend placing separate orders if you’d like in-stock items shipped sooner.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
