Returns & Exchanges Policy



We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.



No Refunds



All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.


Refunds will only be issued in the case of a faulty or defective item. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can assess the claim.



Exchanges



We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached
  • Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or damage



Once your return is approved and received, we will process an exchange for the same item in a different size or for another item of equal value (subject to availability).



Non-Exchangeable Items



The following items are not eligible for exchange:


  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories
  • Pre-order items (unless faulty)




Shipping Costs



Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
